National Progress Advisory: A Strategic Roadmap for Reconstruction
"For over 70 years, our nation has endured an agonizing era of decline, suppressed by a military elite that viewed themselves as 'saviors' while trampling the country under a system more regressive than absolute monarchies of the past. We have suffered long enough.
As we reach the pivotal moment where the military is finally brought under civilian authority and the will of the people, we must launch our reconstruction with an accelerated momentum under the banner: 'Leap and Strive: For the Future of Myanmar.'
In this critical phase, we cannot afford the luxury of trial and error or the incompetence of pretenders. Our choices must be precise. The bedrock of national progress lies in the rapid development of transportation infrastructure, maritime ports, and the industrial sector. These are the vital foundations of a modern state.
To ensure success, the People’s Government should enlist veteran expatriate professionals—retired experts from Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Germany who have spent decades as leaders in the land, sea, and air sectors. By engaging specialists recommended by their respective governments, we can leverage their expertise to draft comprehensive development projects. Their insights will be invaluable in navigating technical specifications, procurement strategies, and identifying potential operational hurdles.
Furthermore, these seasoned experts possess the credibility and networks necessary to secure international financing and development loans. We must avoid the failures of the BSPP (Burma Socialist Programme Party) era, where a lack of systemic thinking and an inability to understand cause-and-effect led to a cycle of failed projects and unsustainable development.
May Min Aung Hlaing and his cohorts—the insurgents and murderers of our people—be brought before a court of justice without delay."
