Greetings to all fellow citizens with the noble Islamic greeting of peace.

To provide effective and systematic relief when facing natural disasters or sudden emergencies, "knowledge and practical training" are absolutely essential. To ensure readiness for any crisis, we must act with foresight and prepare in advance.

Therefore, I would like to strongly recommend and urge the healthcare professionals, doctors, and responsible individuals within our Muslim community to utilize our local mosques to conduct the following vital training sessions for the public:

🧠 1. Understanding the Psychological Changes in Refugees Methods for systematically counseling and comforting refugees who are suffering from trauma and behavioral changes due to disasters.

❤️ 2. Psychological Resilience for Rescue Workers Techniques to provide mental protection for field rescue workers, ensuring they do not suffer from "secondary trauma" or "burnout" while empathizing with the distress of the victims.

🚑 3. Emergency Life-Saving Skills (CPR) and First Aid Practical life-saving skills, including CPR and essential first aid, to address sudden cardiac arrest, severe injuries, and hemorrhaging while working in the field.

📡 4. Emergency Living and Communication Systems Methods for communication during total network blackouts in remote areas, techniques for filtering water to ensure safe consumption, and emergency living protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

📜 5. Certification To encourage enthusiasm among the youth, ensure systematic recognition in relief operations, and facilitate future collaboration with humanitarian organizations, formal certificates should be issued to participants.

Mosques are not only places of worship but also excellent, highly effective hubs that can be utilized to enhance social welfare and humanitarian capabilities.

Proactive preparation can save many lives. I make dua and strongly urge our knowledgeable healthcare professionals, doctors, and mosque management committees to collaborate with foresight to put these community-benefiting, awareness-raising initiatives into practice.
