Cautionary Notice for Trademark

U Aung Naing Lwin [12/AhLaNa(N)002121], residing at No. (12), Seikkantha Lane, Kyauktada Township, Yangon Region, has registered the trademark "ABC" at the Yangon Registry Office (Contract No. 4-3071/2011) as the sole proprietor, and has been utilizing and operating under this trademark.

The aforementioned trademark and brand name "ABC" is a registered mark included under international classes (9), (41), and (42). It is utilized for the production, distribution, and sales of various types of computer and electronic items; for usage in computer and electronic training schools; and for usage in technological research and development businesses. In addition to being utilized for manufacturing and distribution under the "ABC" brand name, the manufactured goods are also being distributed and sold throughout Yangon and the entire country of Myanmar.

The business operating under the said trademark has established a good reputation in the market and is achieved with successful recognition. Currently, it has been discovered that other businesses in the market are operating CCTV installation services using the "ABC" brand name.

Therefore, a cautionary notice is hereby issued to strictly refrain from imitating, counterfeiting, or copying the "ABC" trademark in any manner that may cause public confusion. If anyone is found to continue operating in violation after the date of this notice, legal action will be taken against all responsible parties in accordance with existing laws.
